Well, here it is, my very first blog posting! Too exciting!! I thought as a test run, I would first try to blog about our Fourth of July trip to Michigan. If that works, I will know we are ready to go for China!!
Right now, we are making biscotti (double chocolate walnut) for a snack to take along for the weekend.

ReplyDeleteWe are pretty much ready to go, at least in terms of things that need to be arranged, bought, consumed or poked into us (Hep A shots, Tetanus, etc...)
Now all we have to do is Pack!! Best thing about the trip I am anticipating is seeing Christine's reaction to her homeland. Worst thing I am anticipating is the 18 hour flight from Chicago to Beijing. GAAAAH! Wish us luch!
